At OakBeadWay, trust is offered first — and handled with care.

In line with UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. We choose to extend this to 15 days, as a gesture of goodwill.

In many cases, you will not be required to return your bracelet. This is assessed individually, with fairness and practicality in mind.

Each return or refund request is reviewed case by case, taking into account the circumstances of the order. While we aim to be understanding and generous, we reserve the right to decline a refund in situations involving suspected fraud, misuse, or dishonest claims. Such decisions are made carefully and respectfully.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
